Wellness Manager
The Wellness Manager/Buyer will have a large impact on the success of our coop. They support exceptional customer experiences by ensuring product quality, availability, and by providing prompt, friendly, and caring service. Wellness products are a large part of most cooperative revenue.
Produce Manager
Full time (36+ hours) week. Responsible for purchasing, merchandising, customer service, department maintenance and supervision.
Operations Manager
The Operations Manager is a full-time salaried position that is responsible for assisting the General Manager in the effective management of the daily operations of the Co-op in order to conform to the policies adopted by the board.
Kitchen Manager
The Kitchen Manager will ensure standard of quality prepared food in a supervisory position as well as maintain efficient daily workflow in the deli. Assist in the achievement of department goals. Assist deli manager in overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations. Ensure excellent customer service from kitchen staff as needed.
Food Service Manager
The Food Service Manageris responsible and accountable for all kitchen functions including food purchasing, production planning, sanitation and cleanliness, preparation, portion and cost control, and staff training.
Deli Prep
The Deli Prep position is responsible to prep ingredients for use by kitchen production staff as needed. To prep and prepare quality offerings as outlined for weekly production. To assist in various kitchen responsibilities as directed by Deli/Kitchen manager.
Cheese Manager
The Cheese Manager will ensure cheese case is full of high-quality, fresh products; to meet and exceed customers needs and expectations for the cheese department, and to maintain a satisfactory price image. Maintain the gross margin in cheese department. Purchases and merchandises cheese for the department.
Cashier
The cashier is responsible for increasing owner/shopper confidence and loyalty by providing accurate, fast and courteous checkout. This individual maintains financial responsibility in his/her service lane.
Bookkeeper
The bookkeeper will maintain financial records, helping the Coop to understand their finances and manage their cash flow. Record financial transactions and ensure financial records and statements are accurate and up to date. This work involves using specialized software, including accounting programs and spreadsheets. Will also track business income and spending. Will be the first contact for financial inquiries pertaining to the Coop.
